The PRONTO coordinator thereby made a presentation which among others highlighted how Public Procurement for Innovation is the Transformative tool for the EU, MS and Administrations to operationalize the Recovery, Resilience and Relaunch of the Economy, he further noted how the PPI helps to encourage cooperation and knowledge sharing between public buyers to promote the use of public procurement and how it can be used as a mechanism to pilot sustainable innovation in the areas of clean energy, health care and regional development, among others.

The event was attended by 120 distinguished dignitaries from all over Europe and all the presentations made on the day revitalized and showed that there is hope that there will be life after the pandemic.
